Installation & Services

   หากพื้นที่โครงการน้อยกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 100 ตารางเมตร ระยะเวลาดำเนินเฉลี่ย 3-4 วัน * ทั้งนี้จะขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดของงาน
   For pedestrian areas, the surface can be used after 24 hours. For vehicle traffic, allow at least 7 days after installation before use.
   We provide services nationwide. Pricing may vary by location, with projects in Bangkok typically costing slightly more than those in Northern Thailand due to differences in local material and operating costs.
The site assessment deposit varies depending on the distance to the project location. The applicable conditions are as follows:

  • พื้นที่เชียงใหม่: อำเภอที่บริการประเมินฟรี มีดังนี้ สันป่าตอง, แม่ออน, หางดง, แม่ริม, สันทราย, ดอยสะเก็ด, สารภี, สันกำแพง สำหรับพื้นที่ที่ต้องสอบถามเพิ่มเติมนั้นจะมี แม่วาง, แม่แตง, พร้าว, สะเมิง และ จังหวัด ลำพูน บางส่วนสามารถสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่เพิ่มเติมในส่วนนี้ครับ (กรณีมีค่ามัดจำประเมินหน้างานเราจะนำไปคิดเป็นส่วนลดหลังจากเริ่มงานในงวดแรก)

  • พื้นที่กรุงเทพ, นนทบุรี, ปทุมธานี, สมุทรปราการ, นครปฐม, สมุทรสาคร: หน้างานมีระยะทางเกินกว่า 30 km. จากสาขาบริษัทจะมีค่ามัดจำเริ่มต้นที่ 500 บาท จากนั้นคิดตามระยะจริง + ค่าที่พักค่าดำเนินการอื่นหากมีเพิ่มเติมตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อความชัดเจนสามารถสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่เพิ่มเติมได้ในส่วนนี้ครับ (กรณีมีค่ามัดจำประเมินหน้างานเราจะนำไปคิดเป็นส่วนลดหลังจากเริ่มงานในงวดแรก)

  • นอกพื้นที่คิดตามระยะจริง + ค่าที่พักและค่าดำเนินการอื่น หากมีเพิ่มเติมตามความเหมาะสม: เพื่อความชัดเจนสามารถสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่เพิ่มเติมได้ในส่วนนี้ครับ (กรณีมีค่ามัดจำประเมินหน้างานเราจะนำไปคิดเป็นส่วนลดหลังจากเริ่มงานในงวดแรก)
พื้นที่ทั่วประเทศมีขั้นต่ำอยู่ที่ 50 sq.m. ขึ้นไป ในโซนภาคเหนือจะมีขั้นต่ำอยู่ที่ 40 ตร.ม.

For existing surfaces, the old concrete may need to be removed or demolished before installation. We also provide concrete removal services, which are available at an additional cost.

   มีครับ เนื่องคอนกรีตพิมพ์ลายเป็นงานชนิดเทในที่ ถ้าหากฝนตกจะทำให้คอนกรีตแห้งช้า และ หากอยู่ในขั้นตอนเคลือบพื้น จะไม่สามารถเคลือบพื้นได้
  1. Clean and prepare the site for formwork installation and wire mesh reinforcement.
  2. Pour the concrete to the specified thickness (5 cm or 10 cm), then screed and level the surface evenly.
  3. Apply Peak Color Cement 4IN1 evenly over the concrete surface, then trowel until a smooth and consistent color is achieved.
  4. Apply Peak Release Agent evenly across the entire surface, then imprint the concrete using the selected stamping mats.
  5. Once the stamped concrete has hardened, control joints are cut and finishing details are completed. The surface is then cleaned and finished with a protective sealer.

Stamped Concrete Features & Maintenance

Slip resistance depends on the surface pattern selected. Deeper and more textured patterns generally provide better grip and traction.
We apply Peak A-200 Super Coat, a clear acrylic sealer that helps reduce water absorption and protect the surface against mold, algae, and staining.
  • Stamped concrete is easy to maintain. Simply rinse the surface with clean water and use mild dish soap or detergent when needed. Avoid acidic or corrosive cleaners, such as bathroom cleaners, as they may damage the protective sealer.
  • When used for a long time, the color of the concrete floor may fade due to usage or the clear acrylic layer may peel off over time. You can scrub the floor and apply a coating to make the color look bright and beautiful again.
  • Avoid dragging sharp or heavy objects across newly installed stamped concrete, as they may scratch or damage the surface and protective sealer.
  • Take extra care when using scaffolding, hard-wheeled carts, or aluminum ladders without rubber feet, as they may scratch or damage the surface. To protect the stamped concrete, place plywood, rubber mats, or tiles underneath before use.
  • Take extra care when welding or cutting metal near stamped concrete. Hot sparks can cause burn marks, discoloration, and may melt or damage the protective sealer.
  • Avoid spilling paint, thinner, acidic cleaners, or cement removers on stamped concrete, as these substances may cause staining, discoloration, dullness, or damage to the protective sealer.
  • Avoid using abrasive cleaning tools, such as brass brushes, as they may damage the concrete surface and cause the color or protective sealer to wear or peel off.
  • Avoid driving or parking vehicles on newly installed stamped concrete for at least 7 days to allow the surface to properly cure and gain sufficient strength.
  • Avoid using unfiltered water or groundwater with high mineral or sediment content. If the surface gets wet, do not allow the water to dry naturally, as it may leave mineral deposits or stains on the stamped concrete.

Cement Color & Sealer

  The clear acrylic sealer typically lasts approximately 2–3 years, depending on usage and exposure conditions. As the coating naturally wears over time, the surface can be cleaned and resealed to restore its color, protection, and glossy appearance.

No. Our 185-liter sealer drum does not come with a tap.
Yes. Applying sealer when the stamped concrete surface is extremely hot can cause air bubbles to form in the coating, which may become more visible once the sealer has fully dried. If bubbling occurs, the affected areas can be treated with an appropriate thinner and resealed once the surface temperature has cooled to suitable conditions.

Pricing & Warranty

   Price อาจผันผวนในบางช่วง จากช่วงวัสดุขาดตลาด ทำให้ต้นทุนในช่วงนั้นสูงขึ้น ถ้าสถานการ์ณกลับมาปกติ ราคาก็จะกลับมาอยู่ในช่วงปกติครับ
Once the quotation and project details are confirmed, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with the project.

Workmanship Warranty Terms

  • 1-Year Workmanship Warranty from the Date of Project Handover
  • The warranty covers damage resulting from improper installation or workmanship and applies specifically to concrete cracking or surface dusting caused by installation-related issues.
  • If the inspection confirms that the damage was caused by defective workmanship, our team will carry out the necessary repairs in accordance with the warranty coverage and terms stated above.
  • If the inspection determines that the damage resulted from normal wear and tear, improper use, or causes unrelated to our workmanship, the company reserves the right to exclude such damage from warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following:

  • Reduction in sealer gloss due to normal use and natural wear over time.
  • Water leakage
  • Stretch marks on the face (This is a normal characteristic of polished surfaces)
  • Damage from natural disasters
  • Cracking along the original cracks in the floor of the building structure
  • Cracks occurring around manhole cover corners, sharp or pointed areas, or sections without control joints.
  • Damage from area subsidence
