Design Preparation & Final Quotation
We prepare the project design, pattern and color selections, scope of work, and final quotation for your review.
- Phase 2 — Project Confirmation & Installation
Confirmation & Payment
The client confirms the project details outlined in the quotation and proceeds with payment according to the agreed terms.
Schedule the Installation
Our team will schedule the installation date and provide all necessary site preparation guidelines before work begins.
Site Preparation & Installation
Our team prepares the site, pours the concrete, applies color, stamps the selected pattern, completes the finishing work, and seals the surface according to our standard installation process.
Project Handover
We conduct a final inspection, hand over the completed project, and provide guidance on proper care and maintenance of your stamped concrete surface.

What to Prepare Before Installation
To ensure a smooth installation process and minimize on-site delays, please prepare the following before work begins:
Clear the Work Area
Remove any obstacles from the installation area to ensure our team can work efficiently without interruption.
Prepare On-Site Utilities
Ensure water, electricity, and adequate lighting are available at the construction site.
Prepare a Material Storage Area
Provide a designated area for storing materials, equipment, and construction debris during installation.

Important Terms & Conditions
These terms ensure clear and transparent pricing and help keep every project aligned with the agreed scope of work.
Designs, patterns and colors
Patterns, colors, and stamped concrete specifications will follow the approved design attached to the quotation. Any changes after design approval may require additional assessment and adjustments.
Scope of work according to the quotation
The scope of work, materials, installation details, and services provided will be limited to those specified in the quotation. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require further assessment before proceeding.
Project Eligibility Requirements
If a site survey determines that the area is unsuitable or does not meet our installation requirements, we reserve the right to decline the project to ensure our quality and workmanship standards are maintained.
All project details will be subject to the final quotation and agreed terms confirmed before work begins.
WARRANTY―
Workmanship Warranty

1 Year warranty
Nature Crete provides a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of project handover, covering defects resulting from improper installation.

If the inspection confirms that the damage was caused by defective workmanship,
our team will carry out the necessary repairs in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and coverage.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS―
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, pre-existing structural conditions, or external factors unrelated to our installation work.
Wear and Tear Over Time
Changes that occur with normal use and time.

The sealer’s gloss may gradually diminish over time with regular use.
Small ivory cracks formed according to the nature of the material
Improper use, such as the use of harsh chemicals or scratching with a hard object
Damage from structures and external factors
Damage caused by the environment, structure, or force majeure

- Damage caused by water leaking from beneath the structure's floor.
- Cracks occurring around corners, manhole covers, pointed or irregular areas, or areas without control joints.
- Damage caused by natural events such as earthquakes, floods, or storms.
- Subsidence of soil or structure that causes damage to the concrete floor
- Pre-existing cracks in the original concrete that are unrelated to our installation work.
- Other damage not caused by Defects of the technician team
All warranty details are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the official quotation and contract documents.
Questions before evaluating the price
Are the quoted prices final?
The prices shown are starting prices and exclude 7% VAT. Final pricing will depend on the project area, actual site conditions, and the specifications outlined in the quotation.
Is a Site Survey Required for Every Project?
Some projects can be initially assessed based on photos, site dimensions, and location. For projects with specific requirements or site conditions that require further evaluation, our team may recommend an on-site survey.
How Is Pricing Calculated for Areas Under 50 sq.m.?
For areas up to 50 sq.m., pricing is based on a minimum project rate starting from THB 30,000 for 5 cm-thick stamped concrete, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Do You Accept Projects Outside Your Primary Service Areas?
Yes. Please contact our team for further details. Projects outside our primary service areas may incur additional travel costs for site surveys and installation, depending on distance and actual site conditions.
